Booking & Payment

Pets & Smoking

Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. By booking, guests agree to cover the cost of repairs or replacement for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Maintenance & Access
We strive to maintain all properties in excellent condition. In the event maintenance is required, reasonable notice will be given when possible. Emergency access may be required without prior notice.

Stay in Grand Rapids is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during your stay, including but not limited to personal property, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
